Farm Expo Weekend Event Schedule

Farm Expo 2013
January 18 – 20 at MeadowView Convention Center in Kingsport.
Hours: Friday, Jan. 18 4-9pm Sat. Jan. 19 10am-6pm Sunday, Jan. 20 1-5pm

After the holidays are over and cabin fever starts setting in, grab the family and come on out to Farm Expo to play, shop and learn! Great buys on farm and lawn equipment, let the kids enjoy the petting zoo or compete in the turkey calling contest, be entertained from the Lawson/Kubota Main Stage, let Mom browse the ladies market. You may want to take advantage of our weekend pass because once you’ve been you may want to come again! If you are a farm-related business, you need to be part of Farm Expo. The Times-News extensively promotes the event through newspapers, radio, television, rack cards, fliers, and publishes a special Farm Expo section which will be placed in the Kingsport Times-News and Johnson City Press with your ad the week of the show. Because of Farm Expos popularity we added a Country Fair & Ladies Market and 4-H Petting Zoo which has made this event a perfect family outing in the midst of winter! You won’t find a better opportunity to promote your business!  Contact Jon Leach at 423.929.3115 or email jleach@thenetmg.com

Advance tickets are on sale at Kingsport Times-News, Johnson City Press and Herald & Tribune. Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 at the door.

The deadline for accepting nominations for Outstanding Farmer of the Year was October 31, 2012. The winner will be announced Saturday, January 19, 2013 at our 16th annual Farm Expo. We hope to see you there.
